Why we're asking

The artwork will stand in the city centre for years to come. We want it to reflect what local people are proud of — our history, our places, and what holds Chelmsford together. Your voice goes straight to the artists designing it, Lu Williams and Public Art Works. Read about the project.

Who can take part?

Anyone who lives in, works in, or visits Chelmsford — residents, visitors and traders alike. We're especially keen to hear from people who use Cornhill and Market Square and remember how the area has changed.
